The VIRTUS Fractional Change Plates are a necessity for any lifter, from novice to elite. Our Change Plates are ideal for helping you push past your one rep max so you can constantly reach your strength goals in a safe manner allowing you to add weight gradually to the bar without large jumps. Made of a dense IWF colour coded virgin rubber with a stainless metal insert, these plates are hard wearing and come in 1.5kg and 2.5kg options. These plates are compatible with all VIRTUS barbells, including the Stubby Bar for our home gym heroes and facilities focused on maximising space.
